FOUR SQUARE COMMUNITY ACTION INC. is a non-profit organization which serves low-income individuals and families in Cherokee, Clay, Graham and Swain counties by turning their hopes into reality by providing advocacy, services and resources to increase self-sufficiency needed to attain a higher quality of life. We are conducting this Pickleball tournament as a means to raise AWARENESS as well as FUNDS to assist us in our mission.

Four-Square Community Action Inc. organization was launched in 1964 as a non-profit organization (501-C3) with a vision to help low-income individuals and families turn their HOPES INTO REALITY by offering the support, advocacy, services and resources needed to attain a higher quality of life and to become self-sufficient. Services include – Head Start Early Childhood Education, HUD Section 8 rental support, multiple housing repair programs for low-income residents, food delivery, transportation assistance, health service support, and other urgent needs. We serve Cherokee, Clay, Graham and Swain Counties.
Besides grants received for specific purposes, we rely heavily on the generosity of individuals and companies like you in the community to assist families and individuals meet basic needs.
