Director of Head Start: Full time position responsible for HS Early Childhood Education program oversight. Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience in early childhood education, supervisory and/or leadership role, budget and fiscal management, prefer experience with federal program reporting and compliance.

Head Start Health & Disabilities Specialist: Full time position responsible for oversight of health, nutrition, family services, and compliance monitoring for Head Start. Education/Experience: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant health or early childhood. Prefer experience in early childhood education or Head Start.

Head Start Family Services/Nutrition Specialist: Full time position responsible for assuring oversight of child nutrition programs in four counties, training programs for parents and staff, policy council, and program compliance per Federal Head Start Performance Standards. Education/Experience: Minimum education requirement is a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, prefer experience in the Head Start environment.

Social Work Coordinator or Community Health Worker: Full time position for case coordination for Healthy Opportunity Medicaid program clients. Primary work location Andrews, NC but may involve travel to clients. Must have professional and hospitable demeanor with clients and co-workers and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and input of case notes and data to track service delivery. Education/Training: Position requires experience delivering social work services utilizing case plans. Prefer experience working with all high‐need clients.

Food Distribution Coordinator Andrews Office: Full time position responsible for operationalizing food distribution services, food inventory management, and ensuring deliveries are completed in a timely and orderly manner. Responsible for input of case notes and data entry to track service delivery. Must have excellent communication skills. Willing to travel locally. Education: Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years’ work-related experience.
